Operations Supervisor 3rd shift/weekends

Supervisor II – Operations 3rd shift/weekends J43441 38.00 an hour w2 contract 05/26/2026 to 05/25/2027 Onsite position in Davenport, IA. 3rd shift Primaries/Secondaries production supervisor. Potential to cover other departments in the fabrication (primaries, secondaries, weld, machining, and paint) area at Davenport Works, based on coverage needs. Must have availability to work variable shifts. If candidate is not available to work variable shifts, they will not be considered Candidates must be willing to work off-shift (typically 3rd shift), daily OT and weekends. Weekends will be mandatory based on a rotating schedule with other production supervisors. Candidates are encouraged to have strong supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. A 4-year degree is strongly preferred with 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, but a minimum of a high school diploma/equivalent with supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.
