Expect Excellence—we uphold integrity, respect, and fairness in every interaction.Job Summary: Performs various legal and clerical duties in support of the Attorneys and Legal Department functions. The person hired for this position will ultimately gain a substantial knowledge of all court and office procedures, rules and authority and litigation process subject to general supervision. An analytical, confident, self-starter with a willingness to learn. Work closely with the calendaring team to meet all internal e-filing timelines. Essential Duties:Navigate through the E-filing PortalsManage E-filing CalendarPrepare pleadings for uploadingUpload cases for E-Filing maintaining accuracy of work through daily reports and follow upPrint accepted filings and send for serviceBe well versed on all processes and procedures, such as E-filing timelines and codingEnsure quality of work while maintaining quantity of workRequirementsJob Requirements: Education/Experience:Minimum of 1-year experience in a legal, banking or business field is requiredCollege degree is a plusEntry-level candidates are encouraged to applyKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and WordComfortable using spreadsheets, databases, and standard office softwareThe ability to be well organized, timely, and manage multiple tasksStrong attention to detailHighly motivated, proactive, and self-directedDemonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learnSalary Description$18 - $22
