Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations. This role partners closely with the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for on‑the‑floor execution, team supervision, and operational problem‑solving. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Execution Support warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time Monitor workflow and resolve issues in real time Team Supervision Supervise warehouse associates and temporary workers Support scheduling, training, and task allocation Maintain productivity and accountability across shifts Inventory Control Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution Ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock handling Problem Solving & Escalation Handle day‑to‑day operational issues (delays, damages, shortages) Escalate major issues to Warehouse Manager Ensure smooth communication across teams Process & Compliance Enforce SOPs, safety standards, and company policies Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives Cross‑functional Coordination Coordinate with operations, transportation, and customer teams Support execution of client requirements and service levels Qualifications 5years of warehouse / fulfillment experience 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role Experience in 3PL, e‑commerce, or logistics environments Familiarity with WMS systems and warehouse KPIs Strong execution and problem‑solving skills Experience managing shifts or acting as team lead #J-18808-Ljbffr FLOW-X
