Submissions: Maximum of 3 submissions per candidate per facility Local Rules : Locals accepted at the same rate. Background Policy : Open/active BG hits and/or License Hits NOT accepted. Compliance : Labs MUST be completed 48 hours of signing. Valid NJ State License or Compact License required for nursing, at time of submission. Failing competency exams require a 6-month break before clinician can re-submit. Certifications are required at time of submission unless otherwise specified and can be obtained prior to start. Please refer to the unit description References required. Any international work history or permanent residency MUST be disclosed. ED/Behavioral Health/Psychiatric RNs MUST complete de-escalation training within 14 days of their start date.
