HR/Data Analytics ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced HR Analytics Consultant with a strong background in human resources and advanced data analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Power BI and SAS to support the preparation of data-driven insights and the development of executive-level dashboards.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BIPerform statistical analysis and data modeling using SASCollect, clean, and prepare HR datasets for reporting and analytical purposesTranslate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholdersPartner with HR leadership to identify trends in workforce, headcount, attrition, compensation, and performance dataSupport ad hoc data requests and analytical projects as neededRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience in Power BI — dashboard creation, data modeling, DAXHands-on SAS experience — data manipulation, statistical procedures, reportingStrong background in HR data — familiarity with HRIS systems and HR metricsProficiency in data preparation, cleansing, and transformationAbility to work independently and deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment
