Job Details What You’ll Do Be the friendly voice borrowers reach after closing — answering calls and getting them answers. Handle core loan servicing: loan boarding, payoff processing, and disbursing taxes and insurance. Connect with borrowers about first payments and process incoming payments accurately. Upload closed loan files to investors for review. Review agency loans and clear edits before purchase. Prepare data transfers tied to loan purchases. Process wires and import purchase advice information for purchased loans. Own the accounting and reconciliation of purchased loans to keep everything airtight. Board, report on, and audit loans managed with our subservicer. What You Bring Loan servicing experience (preferred) — or a solid accounting background. A customer-first mindset and genuine comfort talking with customers and investors by phone. Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to hit deadlines consistently. The ability to fly solo and play well on a team. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and friends). Interested in hearing more?
