Director of Nursing - Clinical Services & Strategy

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead a team of Nurse Managers and Assistant Nurse Managers across multiple units. The role focuses on transformational leadership, strategic and operational planning, and ensuring high quality patient care. The director will oversee 300-500 FTEs and collaborate with clinical specialists, educators and consultants.
