Client Specialist

Client Specialist Lind Media is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Specialist to support our clientele throughout each phase of their advertising campaigns. This role serves as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing consistent communication and support throughout the campaign lifecycle. Partner with Account Executives to coordinate and implement effective billboard marketing solutions. Monitor and manage the progress of active campaigns, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met. Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system, including contracts, proposals, and campaign updates. Assist with outreach efforts through email and marketing collateral to keep clients informed and engaged. Respond to client inquiries and phone calls, directing them appropriately and providing general company information. Communicate the value and logistics of outdoor advertising in a clear and professional manner. Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Stay informed about industry trends to better support clients and internal teams. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus. Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
