Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contributeA Patient Service Representative who excels in this role:Utilizes excellent customer service skills at all timesWorks with other laboratory personnel to resolve problems with laboratory client samples, and communicates resolutions to clientsFunctions as liaison with clients to disseminate test information, answer inquiries and troubleshoot problems.Performs clerical and customer service duties using electronic equipment and hospital/laboratory computer systems.Assists with client billing. Communicates price changes to clients.Assists with performance improvement initiatives pertaining to customer service, including data collection and communication with laboratory leadership teamAssists with orientation and training of personnel and students. Participates and attends meetings as required and/or assigned. Associates Degree preferredRequired Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
