Location –Lebanon, TN

Schedule, Saturday– Sunday only, part time

Time – 7:00am – 3:30pm 

 

Customer Service

• answer incoming emails and calls
• direct and interact with customers, drivers and forklift drivers.

 

Dispatcher

• Distribute work assignments to drivers as directed by the supervisor
• Provide necessary support to ensure warehouse and transportation schedules are attained.
• Heavy Interactions with carriers.
• Review carrier paperwork for accuracy
• Maintain necessary documentation and files.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and logical thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good math, language, and reading skills
• Maintain a clean & safe environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be proficient in computer programs including Excel and Word
