Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Oregon Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 1 years of pediatric and/or orthopedic/sports experience
• Combination of clinical, athletic training, or coaching experience considered

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries in school aged to college level
• Treat pediatric orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries, including return-to-play progression
• Provide hands-on, one-on-one therapy focused on long-term functional outcomes
• Collaborate with families, coaches, ATC's and healthcare providers to support patient success
• Utilize evidence-based rehabilitation and sport-specific treatment strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

• Strong orthopedic and sports rehabilitation knowledge
• Excellent clinical reasoning and treatment planning abilities
• Ability to build trust and rapport with children, families, and athletes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Functional Testing and experience with VALD preferred
• Athletic Training Certification a plus

Schedule:

• This position can be Full-time or Part-Time in the afternoon hours.
