Code Ninjas Palm Harbor is looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial leader to help build the most fun, engaging, and impactful kids STEM program in the area. This isn't a tech job. Compensation Base Salary: $55,000 per year Clear path to six-figure earnings Potential to earn over $100,000 annually as the center grows. What You'll Do Be the Culture Driver Create an environment kids, parents, and staff love being part of Bring energy, positivity, and excitement to the center every day Make Code Ninjas the highlight of a kid's week Plan and execute memorable events Lead camps, special programs, parent nights, tournaments, and community activities Constantly look for ways to surprise and delight families Grow the Business Convert interested families into happy members Conduct tours and build relationships with parents Develop community partnerships with schools, PTAs, businesses, and organizations Help drive enrollment growth through outreach and local visibility Lead an Amazing Team Recruit, train, and manage a team of Senseis (coding instructors) Coach team members to deliver exceptional experiences Build a culture of accountability, fun, and continuous improvement Schedule, support, and develop staff Ensure daily operations run smoothly Maintain high standards for customer experience Monitor key performance indicators and center growth Work closely with ownership to execute the vision for the business Qualifications Strong leadership and relationship-building skills Experience managing teams, customers, projects, or operations Sales experience is highly valuable, but this is not a sales-only role Ability to connect with both kids and adults Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership Community-minded and outgoing Experience working with kids, education, enrichment programs, camps, sports, or customer service is a plus Important: Coding experience is NOT required; a willingness to learn is. We will train you on the basics and what you need to succeed. You do not need a technical background to succeed in this role. This is not an IT position. Our Senseis teach coding—the Center Director leads the people, culture, growth, and overall experience. Who Should Apply?
