Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Inpatient Rehabilitation
Join our team at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher in Tampa, FL!
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. Our inpatient rehabilitation team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services to individuals with a wide range of medical conditions and disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients
Conduct patient evaluations and participate in goal-setting and treatment planning sessions
Perform a variety of physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and patient outcomes
Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
