Role Name Product Manager - AI Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven products and enterprise solutions. This role will focus on leveraging industry-leading AI platforms to design scalable, intelligent solutions that enhance productivity, automate workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong product leadership experience in large-scale enterprise environments and the ability to bridge technical and business teams effectively. Location San Jose, CA Local Candidates Only Experience 7-10 years of product management experience Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for AI-driven solutions , from ideation through delivery and optimization.
- Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Leverage AI ecosystems (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker) to build scalable and intelligent solutions.
- Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
- Translate technical capabilities and changes into clear business impacts and process improvements.
- Define and track product success metrics tied to business outcomes and user productivity.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and guide teams toward successful resolution of issues.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- 7-10 years of Product Management experience, preferably in large-scale enterprise transformations.
- Strong experience with AI platforms and ecosystems such as:
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI Services
- Amazon Bedrock
- AWS SageMaker
- Proven success delivering scalable AI-powered solutions that drive business value.
- Solid experience working in Scrum or Agile development environments .
- Strong ability to assess technical changes and articulate business impacts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience working with CRM solutions .
- Background in global enterprise systems and digital transformations.
