Plano, Texas-Based Make Ready Technician
Seeking candidates with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency Saxony at Chase Oaks Apartments (470 units) 300 Legacy Drive Plano, Texas 75023 Compensation: $20.00 $23.00 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses
What You'll Do:
- Complete make-ready units to prepare apartments for new move-ins
- Perform painting, repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks
- Ensure all units meet company quality standards prior to move-in
- Assist with service requests as needed
- Maintain property grounds, curb appeal, and common areas
- Assist with pool maintenance and upkeep
- Work closely with the maintenance and office teams to meet deadlines
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance
What You'll Bring:
- 1+ year of apartment make-ready or maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
- Reliable with consistent attendance
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
