The company operates in the marketing technology space, supporting channel marketing, incentive, and partner management programs for large enterprise clients. This is a senior executive role reporting into company leadership with oversight of a multidisciplinary technology organization.ScheduleFull-time, on-site in New York, NY (confirm with client if hybrid or remote flexibility applies).Compensation$200,000 to $300,000 per year, plus a performance bonus and participation in a long-term equity incentive program. Final compensation is commensurate with experience, leadership capability, and technical expertise.What You’ll DoThe CTO will own the technology roadmap across engineering, architecture, AI/ML, DevOps, quality assurance, consulting, and project management, leading a combined organization of 50 or more professionals. This includes evaluating and modernizing enterprise architecture, reducing technical debt, and building scalable, secure, cloud native SaaS platforms. A core focus of the role is identifying and applying AI technologies, including large language models, retrieval augmented generation, vector databases, and cloud AI infrastructure, to improve product capability and operational efficiency.
