Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix is recruiting a Trauma Surgery Faculty member to join a growing, high-acuity Level I Trauma Center certified by both the ACS and the State of Arizona . The program is affiliated with the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix (UA COM-P) , offering faculty a strong academic infrastructure and meaningful scholarly engagement. The ideal candidate is an engaged, self-starting team player with high emotional intelligence who communicates professionally, thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, and is passionate about Trauma program development, fellowship education, mentorship, and research growth. Qualifications:Trauma Surgery fellowship trainingBC or BE in Surgical Critical CareEligible for unrestricted Arizona medical licensureActive publications within the past three yearsActive professional society membershipDemonstrated clinical, scholarly, and teaching abilityInterest in research development and leadershipCollaborative professional conductPreferred:Robotic surgery experience
