Salary Range: $54,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily machining operations and workflow.
• Mentor and train junior machinists on complex tasks and safety protocols.
• Program and operate advanced CNC machinery for precision component fabrication.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure adherence to engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machining processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Manage inventory of machining tools, materials, and consumables.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming and simulation
