Desktop Support TechnicianLocation: Schenectady, NYDuration: 6 month contract-to-hireHours: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PMPay Rate: $25-27/hrResponsibilities:Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.Network connection issues, track network connections back to network switches.Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve.Represents the company in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates.Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or request for informationHardware repair, troubleshooting of hardware and software images, IMAC tasksQualifications:3+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and softwareComfortable providing hand & feet support for servers and networksExperience supporting mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices is a plusA+ certification is a plusKindly share your resume with answers:How many years of desktop support experience do you have?Are you A+ certified?For submission, client needs MM/DD of Birth a- kindly share.WE have 2 location for work A-1 Research Circle, Niskayuna NY and B - 1 River Road, Schenectady NY - which location you wants to work
