Data Platform Product Manager — People Analytics & AI

Referment

Referment is seeking a product manager to own the data infrastructure behind people analytics. You will bridge human-capital, analytics and engineering teams to shape secure data products for reporting, BI and generative-AI use cases. This is a technical product role with depth in schemas, ETL, APIs and delivery.
