Part-Time Household Helper / Housekeeper Location: Rexburg, ID Schedule: Approximately 2–3 hours once or twice per week, with the possibility of additional hours occasionally Pay: Negotiable based on experience I'm looking for a reliable, trustworthy household helper to come to my home approximately once a week and help me stay on top of everyday household tasks. I'm not necessarily looking for a traditional house cleaner who comes in and follows the exact same cleaning checklist every week. I'm hoping to find someone who can look at what needs to be done that day and help take some of the household workload off my plate. Regular tasks may include:

• Washing, drying, folding, and/or putting away laundry
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher
• Washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen
• Wiping counters and other surfaces
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Vacuuming and mopping
• General tidying and picking up
• Changing bedding
• Taking out trash
• Other basic household cleaning as needed

Occasional deeper-cleaning tasks may include:

• Cleaning baseboards
• Wiping cabinets
• Cleaning the refrigerator or oven
• Dusting less frequently cleaned areas
• Cleaning windows or window sills
• Organizing a cabinet, closet, pantry, etc.
• Other projects as needed

I don't expect everything on this list to be completed during every visit. My goal is to have someone come for a set amount of time each week and work through the highest-priority things that need attention. I'm looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable working in a family home, and able to work somewhat independently. Experience with housekeeping is a plus, but I'm also open to someone without professional cleaning experience who is responsible, thorough, and willing to help. This would ideally be an ongoing position rather than a one-time cleaning job.
