From its historic origins to its modern amenities and exquisite dining, the Inn continues to attract visitors with its charm, elegance, and unwavering dedication to excellence.What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do:The Culinary Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Culinary Department to ensure efficient and organized operations. This position works closely with the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and culinary leadership team to coordinate scheduling, payroll administration, menu preparation, and other departmental administrative functions. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare and maintain weekly schedules for all culinary team membersMonitor employee timekeeping records and review time clock punches for accuracyAssist with payroll processing by auditing hours worked, tracking missed punches, and ensuring timely submission of payroll informationCommunicate with managers and employees regarding scheduling and payroll-related mattersPrepare, update, and distribute menus, menu cards, buffet signage, and other culinary-related materialsMaintain recipe, menu, and departmental documentation filesAssist with the preparation and distribution of daily event orders and banquet culinary informationProcess requisitions, invoices, and other departmental paperwork as assignedCoordinate and schedule meetings, training sessions, and interviews for the Culinary DepartmentAssist with onboarding paperwork and administrative support for new culinary team membersAnswer and direct departmental phone calls and email inquiries in a professional mannerMaintain confidentiality of payroll, personnel, and business-related informationPromote teamwork and effective communication throughout the Culinary DepartmentPerform other administrative duties as assigned to support the successful operation of the departmentWhat Are We Looking For?Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience requiredPrevious hospitality, food and beverage, or culinary administration experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook requiredExperience with scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping systems preferredStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyMust be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyFlexible schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays as neededCompensation: $24.00 / hourPyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
