ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide full-time 1:1 support to a 17-year-old female student for the 2026/2027 school year in Horsham, PA.
This position begins August 31, 2026 and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Candidates who choose to work through their lunch may leave at 2:30 PM.
The student is nonverbal and has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting students with challenging behaviors and providing assistance with all personal care needs, including toileting, diaper changes, hygiene, and menstrual care. Previous experience working with individuals with autism, behavioral needs, or personal care is strongly preferred.
Reliable transportation is required, as the school is not accessible by public transportation.
Compensation is up to $22.00 per hour, based on experience.
