Job Purpose

Implements manufacturing quality standards by executing audits, analyzing quality trends, supporting NCR and CAPA activities, maintaining documentation, and partnering with operations and suppliers to ensure compliant and capable production.

Key Accountabilities

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or equivelent experience.

• 0-2 years in quality/manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO and basic statistics (SPC, MSA)
• Read drawings/GD and T; gage use
• NCR/CAPA exposure; report writing
• Communication across shifts/suppliers
• QMS/ERP basics

• Product/process audits and data review
• Inspection/test method and WI development
• Trend analysis; NCR/CAPA support and change control
• GMP/ISO compliance readiness
• Supplier deviation coordination

Working Conditions

• Manufacturing floor/office mix
