Position Highlights:
$120,000$160,000+ base salary, depending on experience
$50,000 signing bonus
No weekend work
True no-negative accrual production bonus model
Flexible MondayFriday schedule (3640 hours/week working in line with opening times 07:00-18:00)

What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality care across medical, surgical, and dental services
Work alongside experienced veterinarians and skilled support staff
Manage a stimulating caseload in a modern clinical environment
Use advanced diagnostics and technology including:
Digital radiography
In-house ultrasound
Digital dental radiology
ECG
Full rehabilitation suite with underwater treadmill & laser therapy
Qualifications:
DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent)
Licensed or eligible to practice in Texas
Strong clinical and communication skills
New graduates welcomementorship is readily available
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary up to c$160,000 + monthly production bonuses
Up to 5 weeks PTO, plus paid CE days
$4,000+ CE allowance
