Physician - Family Medicine (Plainfield)

Franciscan Health’s Family Medicine practice in Plainfield, Indiana is seeking a Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified Family Medicine physician to join a busy, collaborative team of four physicians and two advanced practice providers. The role is on‑site, full‑time and offers a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Weekday call: rotate 1:7 among physicians
• Weekend call: rotate 1:14
• Outpatient volume: 20‑25 patients per day
• No inpatient work or OB services
• Typical diagnoses: Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, Wellness visits
• On‑site resources: Lab, Imaging, Sports Medicine, Outpatient physical therapy in the same building

Qualifications

• Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified in Family Medicine
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to community relationships
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to deliver high‑quality care
