Summary The Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting and conducting HR Department initiatives including but not limited to employment compliance, co-worker recruitment, and clerical support. The HR Coordinator organizes and conducts new-hire orientations. He/she participates in department staff meetings and provides training to co-workers on HR functions. The office is located near the Charlotte International Airport area. Roles and Responsibilities The Human Resources Coordinator will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Assists with HRIS Functions Performs Recruiting Functions Oversees and Conducts New Hire Orientation Serves as Backup for Company-Wide Drug Testing Program Assists with Employment Compliance Provides Administrative Support Supports HR Department Initiatives Ensures a Safe Work Environment Participates in Training/Certifications Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years related HR experience and/or training, preferably with exposure to employment law.
