El candidato ideal demostrará atención al detalle, confiabilidad y una actitud proactiva, cualidades que encajarán exitosamente en la organización. Estas posiciones empiezan trabajando y entrenando como empacador luego los pasan a trabajar como operador de maquina. ¿En qué consiste el trabajo? Cargar materiales en las máquinas de producción Monitorear el rendimiento de las máquinas y los parámetros del proceso Inspeccionar visualmente los alimentos para detectar defectos y cumplir con los estándares de calidad Realizar mantenimiento menor y solucionar problemas Registrar datos de producción y mantener la documentación ¿Qué se necesita? Experiencia preferida en manufactura rápida Buena destreza manual y resistencia física Capacidad para estar de pie durante largos períodos Capacidad para levantar objetos y realizar tareas repetitivas Comodidad trabajando en un entorno de fábrica ¿Qué beneficios obtengo?
