Material Handler 1st Shift

Warehouse Associate / Material Handler

Safely operate forklifts, powered industrial trucks, and warehouse equipment to move, store, and transport materials and finished products.

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) to accurately track inventory, document transactions, and maintain records.

Load and unload trailers, racks, shelving, and pallets efficiently while ensuring product integrity and workplace safety.

Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock verification, with a high degree of accuracy.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with company housekeeping and safety standards.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

Communicate effectively and professionally with supervisors, team members, customers, and vendors.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Accurately perform basic mathematical calculations and complete required documentation and records.

Work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a positive attitude, strong attendance record, and commitment to operational excellence.

Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a company-issued forklift certification.
