• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each patient, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-based psychotherapy interventions.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based practices, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, empowering them through knowledge about mental health resources and strategies for wellness.

You will be working with a diverse client base ranging from children, adolescents, to adults, each facing a spectrum of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in Connecticut.
