Office Coordinator – Driver Support Oakley, Ca

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Office Coordinator to support daily driver and office operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and provides excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative and operational support to drivers
Answer incoming calls and respond to driver and customer questions
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
Communicate professionally with customers, including Lowe’s
Assist with scheduling, delivery updates, and driver-related issues
Track and update information in company systems
Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Maintain organized and accurate documentation
Perform general office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous office, administrative, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred
Strong data entry and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional and customer-service-oriented attitude
Experience supporting drivers, transportation, logistics, or delivery operations is a plus
