The Bradley Group is seeking a skilled Laser/Plasma Cutter Operator for a 2nd shift position at our manufacturing facility in Denton, NC. This role entails operating laser and plasma cutting machinery with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laser and plasma cutting machines to produce high-quality parts
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate cuts
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• Previous laser operator experience is required
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Commitment to safety and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with plasma cutting machines
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
