Outbound Sales Consultant III

Description Responsibilities Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies) Set targets for the sales department Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates; analyze market trends; monitor competition and follow current developments Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets Motivate sales team to achieve great results Find prospective customers and new target segments Requirements Proven work experience as a sales consultant In‑depth knowledge of statistical analysis software like SPSS or SAS Familiarity with CRM programs Ability to gather and interpret data Organizational and analytical skills Communication skills BS degree in Marketing or related field Top 3 skills Strong conversation skills Ability to navigate multiple applications Prior sales background Training 3 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting - 9-5:30pm ET schedule. 3 skill checks will be performed in training. Work schedule 9-5:30pm ET - could change if they can work with their manager on 8 hours between 6am-8pm PT Appointments: ~10-12/day selling multiple cloud-based products Interviews No role play in the interview About Me is a major plus and the rest is Q&A. 30 minute in duration Preference for onsite availability in PLN, ATL and TCS or any other Intuit hub (NY, SDG) as secondary preferences.
