Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement. Drive revenue growth by expanding opportunities across new construction, installation, and service markets. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and operational performance goals. Own branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and P&L accountability. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and timely completion of customer projects. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving escalated issues when needed. Manage inventory processes to ensure accuracy, optimize inventory turns, and maintain effective shipping, receiving, and warranty procedures. Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key business partners. Foster clear and consistent communication through regular team meetings, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives. Support the implementation of company programs, strategic initiatives, and operational best practices. Perform other duties and lead special projects as needed to support branch performance and company objectives Qualifications Requirements 8+ years of management experience or 15+ years of progressive experience in the door industry. High school diploma or GED required; college degree in business management, construction, or related field preferred. Background in service, installation, or distribution within a construction environment. Full P&L management experience required. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel. Skills and abilities Ability to set vision, align teams, and execute growth strategies across multiple locations. Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Analytical thinker with problem-solving expertise. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in implementing SOPs and leading teams through organizational change. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Knowledge of workplace safety standards and ability to enforce compliance. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: This is primarily an office-based role with occasional visits to customer sites, including hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, commercial offices, and retail locations. Site visits may involve exposure to varying environmental conditions and industrial equipment. The position requires regular sitting, standing, walking, and reaching, with occasional climbing or balancing. Employees must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds; items 50 pounds and more require a team lift or mechanical assistance. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
