COMMUNITY HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE

Level 1 Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ASN) required. Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license. One year of nursing experience providing direct patient care. Experience using electronic health records, EPIC, and Microsoft Office preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers certification preferred; if not, required within six months of hire. Existing or new National Provider Number. Level 2 Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN) required. Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license. One year of nursing experience providing direct patient care. Preferred: at least one year of Home Health Nursing experience. Experience using electronic health records, EPIC, and Microsoft Office preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers certification preferred; if not, required within six months of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (AMB‑BC) or Home Health Nursing Certification (RN‑BC) preferred. Existing or new National Provider Number. Application Requirements Tribal application. Copy of academic transcripts. Certifications. Proof of state licensure. Copy of valid driver’s license. If claiming Tribal preference: proof of enrollment from a federally recognized tribe other than CSKT. If claiming veterans preference: copy of DD‑214. Other Requirements Failure to submit all required documentation results in disqualification. Drug test required for applicants not already employed by the Tribes. Mandatory six‑month probationary period. Position is not a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under CSKT Drug Testing policy.
