As a Marketing Manager for PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Bellevue, Washington, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to district leadership, helping shape business strategy, drive market growth and position PCL to win the right opportunities. You'll lead the development of pursuit and win strategies for some of the district's most important projects while providing the strategic vision, mentorship and direction that guide our broader marketing program. Your work will directly influence the projects we pursue, the clients we build relationships with, the strength of our brand in the marketplace and the future growth of the district. Key Requirements Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including team leadership or supervisory experience. Experience developing and implementing strategic marketing and brand plans. Strong pursuit, proposal, and business development support experience. Proven ability to analyze market data and turn insights into actionable strategies. Expertise across marketing channels, including digital, social media, web, print, advertising, and video. Exceptional writing, editing, and strategic communications skills. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly InDesign), Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
