• Be the Clinical Lead: Provide top-tier professional dental services, from diagnostic exams to complex restorative and cosmetic treatments, including root canals and extractions.
• Empower Your Team: Work side-by-side with a talented group of dental hygienists and assistants to manage patient panels with a focus on preventive care and long-term engagement.
• Advocate for Your Patients: Use motivational interviewing to connect with patients and their families, ensuring they are active participants in their own health journey.
• Drive Excellence: Maintain a high standard of care, ensuring every patient leaves with a smile and that all clinical documentation is precise and timely.
