Summary The Administrative Associate supports store operations by assisting clients and Sales Professionals with sales transactions, repairs, and back-office functions. The role handles shipping and receiving, processes repairs and transfers, answers phones, and helps maintain store supplies and packaging. This position ensures accurate transaction processing and supports inventory and special corporate requests. Responsibilities Assist clients with purchases, repairs, and service inquiries in a professional manner. Process sales transactions and ensure compliance with company policies. Ship and receive merchandise; prepare and document transfers and packing slips. Prepare and process factory repairs and coordinate repair service questions. Answer phones and support Sales Professionals and management with special requests. Perform opening and closing procedures and take bank deposits as required. Maintain supplies, package purchased merchandise, and perform general store/office maintenance. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of administrative or retail operations experience. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills. Detail oriented, organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and computer literate (MS Office).
