This is a client-facing role that requires a unique blend of boots-on-the-ground production knowledge and sophisticated data analysis. You will be responsible for optimizing workforce efficiency and maintaining high-level relationships with our key clients, managing the assignment of approximately 30-50 employees, with potential for seasonal increases. Shift Patterns 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday Flexibility to arrive early or stay late as needed Pay Rates 50000.00 - 55000.00 USD yearly Must-have requirements for On-Site Specialist 2+ years of experience within a business administrative, warehousing, logistics, or production/manufacturing environment Ability to communicate in a timely manner with customers and staff Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Role for On-Site Specialist Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and Excel to track recruitment funnels, turnover rates, and time-to-fill metrics Provide weekly data reports to leadership to drive strategy Spend time on the production floor to understand labor needs, safety requirements, and workflow bottlenecks Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular pulse check meetings to ensure staffing levels meet production goals Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for production, skilled trades, and general labor roles Maintain meticulous records for I-9s, background checks, and drug screenings to ensure 100% audit readiness Location : Eden.
