Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor in the Millington, Tennessee area. This is a hands-on direct hire, 1st shift position. Starting pay will be based on experience

Experience Needed:

• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance or Similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Experience setting preventive maintenance schedules
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, document control, budgeting, and safety
• Hands-on / working knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems to include PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, combustion/thermal, milling, packaging and similar equipment
