Respiratory Therapist - Per Diem Nights

Position: Respiratory Therapist (RT) Location: Cincinnati, OH - Inside of the Christ Hospital Schedule: PRN/Per Diem/As Needed - 12 Hour Shifts - Night Shift 7:00p-7:00a Compensation: $42.00 per Hour Sign On Bonus: $3,750.00 Tier 1 - Three 12 hour shifts per six-week schedule; 1 major holiday: $42.00 + applicable shift diffs. Tier 2 - Minimum of two 12-hour shifts per week; One major/minor holiday; at least 3 weekend shifts per six-week schedule: $52.00 + applicable shift diffs. Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions. Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes. Promoting continuous quality improvement. Teaching and counseling patients/families. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Must possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent. Proof of graduation required: college transcript/diploma (preferred) or high school transcript/diploma or GED. Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date. Current state licensure is required. ACLS is required upon hire.
