How do maintenance people play a key role in our restaurant?

• Filter oil fryers daily

• Maintaining outside grounds

• Clean Equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms

• Take out trash and cardboard

• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic

• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units
