Car Wash Manager

Description:
The car wash manager who is responsible for the daily operations and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation. This will include customer relations, car wash maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, financial accountability and most importantly ensuring that the highest quality services are delivered to each customer. Must be honest a team player and experience Preferred.
$20 - $26 an hour depending on experience

• Must be able and willing to work flexible schedule
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Personally handle customer complaints or issues
• Constant training of associates, optimally staffed, associates are fully trained in all aspects of current job
• Manage inventory/ordering
• Constant supervision and upkeep of premises
• Ensure all services are performed according to our quality and speed of service guidelines
• Anticipate customers and location needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for visual cues

Additional Info:
Person may be required to work outside in all seasons, all types of weather and in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and may have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping.
