Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health Float APH

Position Details Full Time Position Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours per week: 40 Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour Schedule: Float between Inpatient Child/Adolescent Unit, Adult Unit, and Adult Substance Use Disorder Residential Treatment Center (RTC); requires two weekend shifts per month and two holidays per year (one spring/summer, one fall/winter); Monday-Friday NOC shift 23:00-07:30 with weekend requirement of working one weekend per month; allows 72 hours per pay period. Key Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care via nursing process. Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with policies and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills. Lead efforts to create safest patient environment and best experience across continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association. Telemetry certification and ACLS within 6 months of hire.
