Structural Engineer

We're seeking a Structural Engineer with experience in cold-formed steel (CFS) design to join a collaborative engineering team working on high-profile commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with field operations and see your designs come to life on projects ranging from commercial buildings to data centers. What You'll Do Design cold-formed steel framing systems including curtain walls, load-bearing walls, ceilings, floor framing, and prefabricated wall panels Prepare structural calculations, engineering packages, and construction drawings Coordinate with BIM teams, project managers, architects, engineers, and field personnel throughout project execution Review shop drawings and support permitting and plan approvals Participate in estimating, bid reviews, and project meetings Provide engineering support during construction and collaborate with field teams to resolve design challenges Ensure designs comply with AISI, AISC, ACI 318, IBC, and ASCE standards What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 3+ years of structural engineering experience (all experience levels considered) Experience designing cold-formed steel framing systems Working knowledge of Revit, RISA Suite, CFS Designer, or similar structural design software Strong understanding of structural steel design, wind and seismic loading, and applicable building codes Ability to read architectural and structural construction documents PE or SE license preferred Experience with prefabrication, modular construction, or data center projects is a plus Why Join Work on diverse projects including: Commercial buildings Multi-family residential Sports facilities Mission-critical and data center projects Collaborate directly with construction teams to create practical, buildable designs Strong emphasis on work-life balance and professional development Opportunity to work with an experienced in-house engineering and construction team 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Life, disability, and accidental death insurance Flexible paid time off and paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Spencer Ogden
