Family Dollar is seeking an HR Coordinator to assist associates and managers with HR matters at the Marianna distribution center. You will support recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing with Kronos, and HR compliance while maintaining accurate records. The role requires bilingual Spanish is highly preferred, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong data entry, communication, and multitasking skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
