Job Overview We are a reputable organisation seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a Full-Time position based in San Diego, California, United States . The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining various forms of data into our electronic systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our company's data, which supports our overall operational efficiency. We are looking for a reliable individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities - Accurately input a high volume of data from multiple sources into our company database, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
- Organise and sort source documents to prepare them for computer entry.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested by other team members.
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular checks and adhering to data security policies.
- Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company and client information.
- Generate reports and perform basic analysis of data sets when required. Qualifications - Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a strong focus on detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Familiarity with administrative duties and data management procedures.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further computer training or certification is a plus.
