Distribution Worker

Location: Coldwater, MI
Pay: Starting at $21.65/hour
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available. Monday–Friday. Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You'll Do

Pick, pack, and load bakery products for shipment.
Move products using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
Check products for quality and report issues.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Work with the team to meet shipping deadlines.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable attendance and a stable work history.
Warehouse, manufacturing, food production, or distribution experience is helpful.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly on a repetitive basis
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
