Role: QA Lead Experience: 8+ Years Work Mode: Onsite Locations (Any One): Charlotte, NC | Minneapolis, MN | Dallas, TX
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Cucumber
- Automation testing and integration with CI/CD pipelines
- Programming experience with Java or Python
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Prior experience leading QA teams and coordinating with offshore teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA efforts and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Coordinate daily activities with offshore QA teams and provide guidance
- Maintain test documentation, defect reports, and QA metrics
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
