Manufacturing Line Support Associate

Location: North East, PA | Company: F3 Metalworx

It’s 5:55 a.m. on a Friday in North East, PA. You badge in, gear up, and step onto a production floor that hums with purpose. As the go-to person for keeping materials moving and the line organized, you help ensure every part reaches the right place at the right time. By the end of your weekend shift, you’ve supported setup, loading, packing, and quality checks—contributing directly to meeting the day’s goals safely and efficiently.

Schedule

Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Compensation & Extras

• Starting base pay is $13.00 per hour, with higher pay possible based on experience, skills, and placement on the line.
• Additional earning opportunities include weekly team performance incentives, four additional hours of pay when attendance requirements are met, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
• Paid, hands-on training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Support production line operations by moving, staging, loading, packing, and organizing materials.
• Assist setup, loading, and packing teams and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Perform basic quality checks and report concerns promptly.
• Work closely with teammates and supervisors to help meet daily production goals.

What You Bring

• Dependability, safety focus, and a willingness to learn the posted production environment and job duties.
• Ability to read production schedules, follow safety procedures, and communicate concerns promptly.
• Comfort working 12-hour shifts in a high-temperature production environment.
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to wear required PPE and hear alarms and pages.
• Prior manufacturing, powder-coating, forklift, or quality-inspection experience is helpful but not required.
